For the purpose of qualification for investment in MNB Technologies, Inc (MNB) an existing relationship is one where any of the following conditions are met:

• You are an employee of MNB.

• You are a close family member of an employee of MNB.

• You are a close family member of a MNB board member.

• You are a board member of MNB.

• You are a customer of, or vendor to, MNB.

• You are a subcontractor used by MNB.

• You are a personal friend of an officer or board member of MNB.

Note: to ensure compliance with SEC rulings, the relationships described above must have been in existence for a minimum of 45-days BEFORE purchase of any MNB security.
