solutionBUS Development Framework
Sometimes you just don’t want to have to reinvent the wheel.
Development of embedded systems or hardware-accelerated code for FPGA embodiment can be a daunting task even for those skilled in the field. Application developers should not have to be hardware description language (HDL) experts, they should be able to concentrate on their specific area of expertise and not have to overly worry about the physical implementation of their application.
Our solutionBUS Development Framework provides a standardized infrastructure that links the FPGAs embedded processor(s) to a high-performance framework that handles the administration of the specialized modules that form the application.
Our solutionBUS platform not only simplifies application development, it makes its deployment more secure. The application is divided between executable code that runs on the embedded processor and on “accelerator modules” that reside within the solutionBUS. The result is a deployable application that is tamper resistant and secure from reverse engineering attempts.
We provide the solutionBUS library in three forms: 1) a SystemC class (shipped as a DLL), 2) an Impulse-C primative library, and 3) an encrypted Verilog library. At this time we do not support Cadence, Mentor or Celoxica high-level synthesis platforms.
